Rise & Shine Outdoor Yoga
Begin the day with a grounding practice in the healing energy of nature.
Enjoy stretching out the body after a long week, while synchronizing movement with breath, in a slow flow of postures. Begin the weekend with a sense of calmness in the mind and balance in the body.
The class will include breathwork (pranayama) to quieten the busy mind and a blissful meditation/relaxation surrounded by nature.
This is an open-level class and beginners are very welcome!
