Being an avid runner, Naoise’s class is the ultimate recovery for the mind , body and soul. I can’t recommend her class enough. Naoise creates such a pleasant and positive atmosphere and I always feel refreshed leaving St Anne’s Park. It’s a wonderful group and suitable for both lads and lassies at any level.
