Some important information to be aware of:
Location: D-Light Studios, 46 North Great Clarence Street

There is some free street parking around the area. However, I would recommend giving yourself extra time as it may be busy!
Event Time: 5-6:30PM
Make sure to arrive at D-Light Studios 10-15 minutes before the event begins! Doors will be closed at 5PM and you will be unable to get in for security reasons.
What to Expect?
Make sure to wear light, comfy clothes that you can move in. Expect loud beats, light effects and an energising Yoga flow where we will be building heat. Goody bag with refreshing kombucha post-flow.
What to Bring?
Make sure to bring your own yoga mat and water.
Photography/Videography may take place during the event. If you would rather not be in any shots please contact me.
