Techno Yoga 

Music to make you feel alive and a yoga flow to make your body glow. Join me for a Techno Yoga experience in Dublin Studio, at the heart of Dublin City, featuring a live DJ!

Combining the beat of electronic-music with an fiery vinyasa flow, Techno Yoga is the perfect way to feel uplifted and inspired.

We will build heat and stimulate energy in this collective experience. Follow a series of yoga postures that will make you feel strong and challenged, powered by the beat of the music, before a cooling breathwork and deep relaxation.

Refreshing Kombucha will be served post-flow.
