Book a Private Class with Naoise

If you have a specific area you would like to focus on, an injury or condition that you would like to improve, or if you are not feeling confident enough to join a group class, then a private Yoga class could be perfect for you.

Private Class Details

Private classes take place in Clontarf, Dublin 3. Naoise sends new clients a 10-minute Questionnaire and Medical Screening form which both must be completed online prior to the first session. New clients may also avail of a 15-minute consultation call.

Private classes will be tailored to your individual needs and personal requirements. They may be planned individually or in blocks of 4-8 weeks depending on your goals and needs.
